Job Descriptions Manage monthly payroll processing, including salary, overtime, allowances, claims and deductions. Handle statutory submissions including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/MTD and HRD Corp. Maintain accurate employee payroll, attendance, leave and personal records. Verify payroll inputs and prepare payroll reports, payslips and related documentation. Handle employee enquiries regarding payroll, statutory contributions and related matters. Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding and final salary calculations. Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment and statutory requirements. Support HRIS/payroll system updates, HR reporting and other HR-related projects. Job Requirements Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field. 2–4 years of experience in payroll and HR operations preferred. Hands-on experience with Malaysian payroll and statutory requirements. Familiar with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/MTD and HRD Corp. Experience with HRIS/payroll systems and Microsoft Excel. Strong numerical skills, attention to detail and confidentiality. Good communication, organisational and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and meet strict payroll deadlines.
