The Customer Service Advisor handles customer enquiries for a leading European e-commerce distributor, supporting customers with orders, deliveries, returns, exchanges and product availability. The role focuses on providing accurate information, resolving complaints and coordinating with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure efficient solutions. Critical Requirements Native or fluent in French (C2) with strong written and verbal skills. Fluent in English (minimum B2) to work with internal teams and systems. Strong customer service and communication skills Confident telephone and email communication Must already be residing in Portugal (relocation is not offered) What's on Offer Up to 95€ per month productivity bonus Food allowance (7,63€ per working day) Health insurance since day 1 upon monthly payment (but the candidates need to already have NIF and NISS, if not, they first need to take care of it, as this data is mandatory to enroll them in health insurance).
