CloserHire is partnering with a leading international customer experience provider to recruit Dutch/Flemish-speaking Customer Care Specialists for an automotive after-sales project in Lisbon, Portugal. You’ll support customers across European markets with general enquiries, vehicle recall campaigns and after-sales cases, managing each request from first contact through to resolution. The position operates Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, giving you your weekends free. Your Role: Handle customer enquiries and provide clear, professional assistance Manage customer cases from initial contact through to resolution Provide information and guidance regarding vehicle recalls and after-sales services Accurately update customer and case information in internal systems Ensure every interaction delivers a positive customer experience Meet established service and quality standards Requirements: Native/C2 Dutch or Flemish English B2/C1 or above Strong communication and problem-solving skills Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach Good computer literacy Previous experience in customer service or a contact centre is an advantage The Offer: Full-time position in Lisbon, Portugal Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 Weekends off Opportunity to work within the international automotive and after-sales industry Professional training and ongoing support International and multicultural working environment Career development opportunities within a global organization
