The project supports critical road infrastructure services, combining customer support, billing, and administrative communication across digital channels. Your Role: Handling customer queries related to accounts, billing, tolls, and service information Registering requests, complaints, and clarifications in internal systems for full traceability Performing billing, collection, and revenue reconciliation activities Communicating with external entities such as authorities and regulatory bodies when required Ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal and regulatory standards Contributing to service quality, revenue protection, and customer satisfaction All communication is handled via phone, email, and digital channels. Your Profile Native or C1 level Dutch and good English skills Comfortable working with customers and administrative processes Detail-oriented and confident handling data, billing, and documentation Able to communicate clearly and professionally via phone and digital channels Organized and reliable in following procedures and deadlines Willing to work in a regulated, structured environment Previous experience in customer service, billing, collections, or administration is a plus The Offer: Portuguese employment contract with full social security coverage Rotational shifts Monday to Sunday between 07:00 and 23:00, 8 hours per day plus lunch break 22 days paid annual leave plus Portuguese public holidays Holiday and Christmas bonuses paid monthly as part of salary Fully paid professional training before starting the role Meal allowance paid on a card Health insurance from day one Modern office location in the Porto area with excellent public transport connections Optional company accommodation available for eligible international hires
