FX Conversion Floor Manager (English) - FX Brokerage Location: Dubai, UAE (On-site) Full Relocation Package We are looking for an experienced Floor Manager to join an already established FX Brokerage in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, sales management experience, and the ability to drive team performance in a high-pressure environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily floor operations and supervise the sales/retention teams Monitor team KPIs, performance, and daily targets Coach, motivate, and train agents to maximize conversions and deposits Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations Handle escalations, client issues, and support agents when needed Coordinate with management to improve sales strategies and processes Maintain a positive and competitive working environment Requirements: Minimum 2+ years experience as a Floor Manager / Desk Manager in FX/Forex, CFD Brokerage. Prior experience managing Asian Desks is advantageous.
