About the position
Requirements: • Native/near-native Finnish (C2) with fluent English (C1 minimum) • Proven inside sales or outbound sales experience with consistent target achievement • Strong communication, negotiation, and CRM/tool usage skills in a client-facing sales environment The Offer: • Bonus :€250 performance-based bonus (at 100% achievement) monthly, paid quarterly • Extra project bonus for ISR Server : project bonus €100 per month • Private life & health insurance including dental and eye care • Health insurance effective after 3 months for local hires and from Day 1 for relocated candidates • Free access to the corporate gym • Fixed working hours option for mothers with children up to 2 years old • Daily net Mastercard allowance: €3 net per working day during the first 12 months.
