About the position
We are looking for a detail-oriented QuickBooks Reconciliation Specialist to ensure financial records are accurate and properly aligned. Key Responsibilities: Reconcile QuickBooks records with credit card statements . Match transactions and verify that all entries are accurate. Identify and resolve discrepancies or missing transactions. Ensure QuickBooks balances align with credit card statements. Maintain accurate and organized financial records. Requirements: Hands-on experience with QuickBooks . Experience with bank and/or credit card reconciliation . Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
