About the position
Requirements: • Czech B2/C1 • Slovak B2/C1 • English B2 • Secondary or higher education • Strong interest in consumer electronics / gaming technology • Good computer literacy • Excellent communication skills • Customer service / contact centre experience preferred • Ability to troubleshoot and explain technical issues clearly • Ability to work towards performance targets • Willingness to work on-site in Budapest The Offer: • Language bonus: 25000 HUF (approx. 60 EUR) • Performance Bonus: 70000 HUF, applicable after 3 months (approx. 190 EUR) • Meal Tickets: 30000 HUF (after probation, approx. 80 EUR)
