You'll help small and medium-sized businesses advertise successfully and grow online. What you'll do Support SMB advertisers by chat, email and phone Give pre- and post-sales support on self-serve advertising tools Troubleshoot product and tool issues and guide clients to success Deliver a warm, friendly experience. Your main KPI is customer satisfaction (CSAT).
