What you'll do Help customers with account management, billing questions and technical troubleshooting Give accurate information about the platform's products, services and features Find the right solution quickly and make sure every customer leaves happy Meet quality and customer satisfaction targets as part of a supportive, multicultural team What you bring Full fluency in Castilian Spanish plus one of the following: Catalan / Valencian Basque Galician English at B1 level or higher (training is in English) Great communication skills and a passion for helping people Comfortable with technology and digital platforms Flexibility for 24/7 rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays What's in it for you 100% remote work Free furnished accommodation in a shared company apartment, with all bills and internet paid, for at least your first 14 months.
