In this role, you'll be a hands-on leader, working alongside your team daily to ensure all software and hardware tests are executed to high standards. You will collaborate closely with other leaders within fleet operations to safely and efficiently drive day-to-day vehicle fleet operations. The ideal candidate is a disciplined team player with a strong sense of ownership and a commitment to safety, operational excellence, and team development. Available Shifts: AM Shifts Tuesday-Saturday: 6:45 AM-3:15 PM Sunday-Thursday: 6:45 AM-3:15 PM Friday-Tuesday: 6:45 AM-3:15 PM PM Shifts Tuesday-Saturday: 3:45 PM-12:15 AM Sunday-Thursday: 3:45 PM-12:15 AM Friday-Tuesday: 3:45 PM-12:15 AM As Shift Supervisor, you'll: Foster a safety-first, inclusive, and open communication culture. Support vehicle operators in daily operations and ensure adherence to procedures and standards. Complete administrative tasks related to team coordination, scheduling, and shift validation. Provide regular written and verbal performance feedback to direct reports. Develop subject matter expertise in proprietary vehicle operations software and systems. Motivate, mentor, and guide team members to meet performance and safety expectations. Serve as a point of contact for contractors, ensuring clarity of responsibilities and execution of assigned tasks. Support operational missions in a variety of roles, both in and out of vehicles. Act as a player-coach by working alongside the team and leading by example. Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
