About the Opportunity The Talent Hunter (TTH) is recruiting fluent Italian speakers for Conversion Agent and Retention Agent positions within a dynamic FX operation in Cyprus. These opportunities suit motivated, target-driven sales professionals with at least one year of experience in the FX industry. Responsibilities — Conversion Agents Contact qualified leads and convert prospects into funded accounts. Build rapport with prospective clients and explain the account-opening process. Follow up consistently to maximise conversion rates. Meet individual sales targets and KPIs. Maintain accurate CRM records and client interaction notes. Responsibilities — Retention Agents Manage and develop relationships with existing clients. Maintain regular contact and support ongoing client engagement. Identify client needs and provide appropriate information about available services. Follow up on client activity and retention opportunities. Meet retention and performance targets while following company policies and compliance procedures. Requirements Fluent Italian, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Minimum 1 year of experience in the Forex (FX) industry. Previous experience in conversion, retention, or financial-services sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Target-driven, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced international environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance targets. What We Offer €2,500 base salary for Conversion Agents. €3,000 base salary for Retention Agents.
