Technical, expertise: Act as the go-to expert for complex repairs and troubleshooting, setting the benchmark for technical excellence. Workflow & Efficiency: Oversee day-to-day operations, optimizing processes to ensure efficiency, productivity, and adherence to timelines. Quality, control: Ensure that all refurbished e-bikes meet rigorous quality standards before reaching customers. Problem, solving & Innovation: Identify bottlenecks in operations and implement process improvements to enhance performance and customer satisfaction. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations, Customer, service) to streamline operations and enhance service delivery. Health & Safety, and compliance: Ensure all safety protocols and best practices are followed, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
