The job itself CloserHire is partnering with a premium cosmetics brand to recruit Sales Consultants for its team in Paris, France. This is an exciting opportunity for ambitious, energetic people who want to build a career in luxury retail and sales. You’ll represent premium beauty products, engage directly with customers, and work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with uncapped commission potential. No previous sales experience is required, as full training is provided. For Day to day that means represent and sell a range of premium luxury cosmetics, approach and engage customers confidently, creating an exciting shopping experience, understand customer needs and recommend suitable beauty products, demonstrate products and communicate their benefits effectively, build strong customer relationships and maximize sales opportunities, work towards individual and team sales targets, and maintain excellent brand presentation and customer service standards.
