You’ll help subscribers with their accounts, subscriptions, and technical inquiries while providing friendly, efficient, and professional support The work The role centres on provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in Italian and English, assist customers with account management, subscriptions, billing, and streaming inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues related to streaming services, devices, and account access, guide customers through product features and platform functionality, resolve customer concerns efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience, and accurately document customer interactions using internal systems. Pay 1000€ x 14 Portuguese contracts pay 14 salaries a year — your normal monthly salary plus a holiday and a Christmas salary. The annual figure is well above monthly × 12, which is worth working out before you compare it to an offer at home.
