The work The role centres on support customers via phone, email, and chat, provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for products and services, help customers with orders, returns, cancellations, and delivery-related issues, resolve customer inquiries efficiently while ensuring a positive experience, follow structured support processes and internal guidelines, and maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions. Pay 1045.72€ x14 Greek contracts pay 14 salaries a year, so the annual total is meaningfully higher than monthly × 12.
