Key Responsibilities Handle incoming calls and chats from customers with inquiries about their insurance policies Process service requests in the client’s policy administration system Compose and send responses to emails and letters, including contract documents and policy information Conduct indexation and electronic archiving using internal document management tools Manage requests for policy changes, including updating payment methods Support customers with claims submissions and policy cancellations Maintain a high level of service quality and meet client-specific performance targets Requirements Native-level fluency in German (C2) and proficient in English (B2) Salary 1374€ base Benefits Full-time position with indefinite contract On-site role in a central Lisbon location Full paid training to prepare you for the role Performance-based incentives and bonus opportunities Referral bonus program for recommending new colleagues Access to career development programs, language courses, and learning platforms A dynamic, multicultural work environment with growth potential Relocation support Accomodation for candidates outside of Portugal - Room in company apartment for 12 months for a fixed cost of 280EUR, deducted from salary.
