The job itself CloserHire supports a leading BPO player in the industry in their pursuit to increase their Dutch-speaking Customer Service Team for the world’s largest search engine. As a Customer Support Specialist for a well-known client, you will handle customer inquiries related to product features, technical issues, and other questions. Deliver high levels of customer service and resolve requests regarding e-commerce, software, hardware, and wireless connectivity issues. Day to day that means respond to customer requests via phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging channels. Provide pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support. Maintain a consistent brand voice in both private and public interactions. Escalate issues to higher support tiers as needed. Collaborate with technicians to resolve help tickets. Manage an individual ticket queue and follow management direction. Review and provide feedback on help content. What you need to bring English skills (B2) Based in Lisbon or willing to relocate previous CS / BPO experience is an advantage good PC skills fast decision-maker, with positive outlook be available to work flexible hours and days C1 level of Dutch Good Moving there To get you on the ground: accomodation for candidates outside of Portugal - Room in company apartment in Lisbon for 12 months for a fixed cost of 280EUR, deducted from salary.
