IT Infrastructure Senior Specialist Job Summary Provides advanced technical expertise in the administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvement of enterprise IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Administer servers, networks, cloud infrastructure, storage, and virtualization platforms. Perform advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis. Implement infrastructure changes, upgrades, and technology projects. Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity. Manage backup, recovery, patching, and infrastructure maintenance activities. Implement infrastructure security controls. Provide technical escalation support for complex incidents.
