In this role, you will support a major social media hiring platform with their customer success programs, ensuring clients are highly satisfied and getting effective performance and ROI. The work The role centres on provide quality assurance, through checking all client product integrations are completed, responsible for driving implementation setup progress for net-new Hiring Enterprise, program (HEP) customers, deliver customer value through ensuring our customers are successful with the client, hiring program in terms of adoption, usage and engagement, and maintain a deep understanding of client products to effectively guide customers on best practices · Track client customer lifecycle milestones, including onboarding and achieve goals related to customer license activation and user engagement on the client Hiring platform.
