You’ll assist customers with technical issues, account management, and product-related inquiries while delivering an outstanding support experience across multiple What you'll do Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in French and English Assist players with account management, login, and payment-related inquiries Troubleshoot technical issues involving gaming consoles, software, and connected devices Guide customers through product setup, installation, synchronization, and troubleshooting Provide information and assistance before and after product purchases Accurately document customer interactions and follow internal support procedures Escalate complex cases when necessary while ensuring timely follow-up Deliver a professional, friendly, and customer-focused experience throughout every interaction What we're looking for Native-level fluency in French Good command of English, both written and spoken Passion for gaming, technology, and consumer electronics Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory Comfortable using multiple digital tools and support systems Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn Flexibility to work rotating schedules within business operating hours Salary 1,059.34 € with room Note how the two figures work: the lower one already has accommodation deducted, because the company provides the room.
