Head of Product – Sports Betting – Sofia, Bulgaria (Full Training Given)

A working week in Sofia, Bulgaria, in English. Competitive – discussed at interview. A typical day You'll spend most of it on define and own the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap, lead the development and evolution of sports betting and iGaming products, translate business objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities into clear product priorities, manage and mentor a team of Product Managers and Product Owners, own the complete product lifecycle, from discovery and validation through development, launch, and optimisation, and work closely with Engineering and Design teams to deliver intuitive, reliable, and high-performing digital experiences. Less often, you'll also prioritise product initiatives based on customer value, commercial impact, data, and technical feasibility, define and monitor key product KPIs and success metrics, use customer feedback, behavioural data, and market insights to continuously improve products, and drive experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven product optimisation. Would you fit? We're looking for someone with 8+ years of experience in Product, management, including significant experience in a product leadership position, proven experience leading digital or technology products from strategy through execution, strong understanding of sports betting, iGaming, or online gaming products is highly advantageous, experience managing and developing Product Managers and Product Owners, strong knowledge of product discovery, roadmap planning, prioritisation, and lifecycle management, and experience working closely with Software.
