The job itself CloserHire partners with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy that is seeking to onboard a Technical Support Representative for FinTech platform, to join their their team in Porto, Portugal. Day to day that means provide technical support in French (for customers) and English (for developers) via chat and voice channels, troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues using, mySQL Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to the development team when necessary, ensure timely and professional responses to customer inquiries to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and act as a bridge between customers and developers, communicating technical details clearly and effectively. What you need to bring Ability to attend 2 week of office based training in Porto (accommodation support during training period provided) Knack for technology and providing outstanding customer support No prior work experience required, but a solid knowledge of MySQL is essential Available to work in shift rotation – Monday to Friday, 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM High school degree or equivalent (or higher) Strong understanding of MySQL Knowledge / familiarity with Postman will be considered as an advantage Native / fluent in French both verbal and written.
