Who the employer is CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit English-speaking AI Customer Support Specialists in Lisbon, Portugal, supporting an innovative international company developing some of the world’s most advanced AI and generative AI technologies. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position on the Night Shift, with working hours scheduled between 22:00 and 07:00, Monday to Sunday. The work The role centres on support customers across multiple communication channels, resolve billing, invoicing and account access enquiries, troubleshoot platform and product-related issues, guide customers on using products and features effectively, and deliver timely, accurate and high-quality customer support.
