This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous school examinations experience who is confident managing deadlines, confidential information and detailed examination processes. Key Responsibilities Coordinating internal and external examinations. Managing examination entries and deadlines. Liaising with examination boards. Preparing examination timetables. Organising examination rooms and seating plans. Producing candidate documentation. Managing examination materials securely. Supporting invigilator arrangements. Maintaining accurate examination records. Ensuring examination regulations are followed. Communicating examination information to pupils, parents and staff. Managing results and examination-related administration. Supporting post-results procedures. Requirements Previous experience working as an Exams Officer within a school or college is essential. Strong knowledge of examination procedures. Excellent organisational skills. High level of attention to detail. Ability to manage strict deadlines. Strong administrative and IT skills. Ability to handle confidential information professionally. Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one.
