A typical day You'll spend most of it on A Customer, support role with our client supporting the Google T3 DEVV project, focused on assisting, russian-speaking users via phone, chat, and email while troubleshooting issues and delivering high-quality customer experience within a fast-paced tech support environment. Standard, and monday–Friday shifts between 07:00–19:00 based at Lagoas Park in Oeiras. Would you fit? We're looking for someone with fluent Polish + strong English able to handle customer interactions clearly and professionally across phone, chat, and email, experience in customer support or operations, capable of troubleshooting issues, following processes, and delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment, and ability to work in shifts 7AM-7PM M-F.
