CloserHire is partnering with a leading international customer experience provider to recruit Dutch/Flemish-speaking Customer Care Specialists for an automotive after-sales project in Lisbon, Portugal. You’ll support customers across European markets with general enquiries, vehicle recall campaigns and after-sales cases, managing each request from first contact through to resolution. The position operates Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, giving you your weekends free. Your Role Handle customer enquiries and provide clear, professional assistance Manage customer cases from initial contact through to resolution Provide information and guidance regarding vehicle recalls and after-sales services Accurately update customer and case information in internal systems Ensure every interaction delivers a positive customer experience Meet established service and quality standards Your Qualifications Native/C2 Dutch or Flemish English B2/C1 or above Strong communication and problem-solving skills Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach Good computer literacy Previous experience in customer service or a contact centre is an advantage The Offer Full-time position in Lisbon, Portugal Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 Weekends off Opportunity to work within the international automotive and after-sales industry Professional training and ongoing support International and multicultural working environment Career development opportunities within a global organization Relocation N/A
