French & English Customer Support Specialist

About the Role Are you fluent in French and English and passionate about customer care in the travel sector? We are hiring a dedicated Customer Support Specialist in Porto, Portugal , supporting a leading international Business Travel Platform . In this role, you will deliver high-quality customer care to business clients and travelers, ensuring smooth trip management and top-tier support from one of Europe's most vibrant coastal cities. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality, professional customer support in French and English to business travelers and corporate clients. Assist users with travel bookings, platform navigation, platform inquiries, and issue resolution. Deliver timely and effective solutions to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Maintain strong communication standards in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Requirements Languages: Native or fluent French + Business level English (C1) (written and spoken). Experience: Mandatory 2 years of experience in a customer service role (preferably within the travel industry). Education: Mandatory High School diploma (12th grade or equivalent). Skills: Excellent communication, adaptability, and strong problem-solving abilities. Work Model: Ability to work on-site in Porto, Portugal . What We Offer Salary: €1,000 / month (14 months per year). Food Allowance: €167.86 / month . Schedule: Fixed Monday to Friday schedule (08:00 – 17:00) with weekends off ! Relocation Package (From Outside Portugal): Shared accommodation support for up to 12 months (details discussed during the interview; flight tickets not included).
