In this role, you’ll support clients in managing their insurance policies, handling inquiries, claims, and policy changes while ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a multicultural team and work in a fast-paced, supportive What you'll do Handle incoming calls and chats from customers with inquiries about their insurance policies Process service requests in the client’s policy administration system Compose and send responses to emails and letters, including contract documents and policy information Conduct indexation and electronic archiving using internal document management tools Manage requests for policy changes, including updating payment methods Support customers with claims submissions and policy cancellations Maintain a high level of service quality and meet client-specific performance targets What we're looking for Native-level fluency in Romanian (C2) and proficient in English (B2) Previous experience in customer service is considered an advantage Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional, diplomatic, and solution-oriented approach to handling customer queries Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment Proactive and motivated to maintain a high standard of performance Eligible to work in Portugal Salary 920€ x 14 Portuguese contracts pay 14 salaries a year — your normal monthly salary plus a holiday and a Christmas salary. The annual figure is well above monthly × 12, which is worth working out before you compare it to an offer at home.
