A typical day You'll spend most of it on review, classify, and moderate content based on platform policies and community guidelines, analyze and label data to support the development and improvement of AI systems (GenAI), identify and handle sensitive or inappropriate content with accuracy and consistency, investigate and resolve complex content-related issues, provide high-quality input to support AI training and optimization, and use internal tools to manage and process content efficiently. Less often, you'll also collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality and consistency in decision-making. Would you fit? We're looking for someone with fluent, portuguese (C1/C2) – this will be your main working language, good level of English (B2) for training and internal communication, experience in content moderation, customer support, or similar roles is a plus, strong analytical and decision-making skills, good understanding of social media platforms, trends, and digital culture, and ability to work with large volumes of content in a structured way. The money 1045.72€ x14 Greek contracts pay 14 salaries a year, so the annual total is meaningfully higher than monthly × 12.
