Operations Customer Expert – Polish (Porto, Portugal)

A leading global customer-experience (BPO) company is growing its team in Porto, Portugal and is hiring for the role of Operations Customer Expert. You will support customers of a motorway and toll-road operator with operational and service enquiries. As a Polish-speaking specialist you will be the friendly, professional voice of the company for its customers, handling contacts by phone and email. What you will do Handle incoming customer contacts in Polish by phone and email Understand each customer's need and give accurate, complete answers using the right tools Build trust through clear, friendly and professional communication Document every interaction accurately in the company's systems Contribute to your team's quality, productivity and customer-satisfaction targets What we are looking for Native or fluent Polish (C1+) and good English (B2+), spoken and written Excellent communication and active-listening skills Good problem-solving skills and calm under pressure Able to document cases accurately in CRM/SAP-style systems What we offer Salary: €1,059.32 gross per month with company-provided accommodation, or €1,318.33 gross per month without accommodation (paid in 14 salaries per year) Private health insurance Relocation support If you live more than 100 km from the office: airport pick-up and a company room Relocation reimbursement for international candidates after 9 months Location, hours & start Location: Porto, Portugal — on-site Working hours: Monday–Sunday, rotating shifts, 40 hours per week Contract: Full-time, 12-month contract Start: 5 Oct — apply now and we will place you in the next available group How to apply Apply with your CV through this listing.
