Sales Development Representative – German (Athens, Greece)

A leading global customer-experience (BPO) company is growing its team in Athens, Greece and is hiring for the role of Sales Development Representative. The team generates and qualifies new business for a global professional-networking and advertising platform. As a German-speaking Sales Development Representative you will find and open new B2B opportunities and hand qualified leads to the onboarding team. What you will do Run a high volume of inbound and outbound B2B sales activity across the sales funnel Engage clients regularly on video calls — this is the core of the day-to-day work — as well as by phone, email and social outreach Find and approach additional decision-makers using tools such as Sales Navigator Build and maintain a healthy pipeline and qualify leads before handing them to the onboarding team Track daily, monthly and quarterly performance, follow response-time SLAs and document all interactions in the CRM What we are looking for Native or near-native German (C2) and fluent English (C1+), spoken and written 1.5–2 years of B2B sales or lead-generation experience (technology or digital advertising preferred) Strong experience in outbound prospecting and in conducting client-facing video calls Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) and pipeline management What we offer Salary: €1,350 gross per month (paid in 14 salaries per year) Project bonus: €350 gross per month Performance bonus: up to €1,000 gross per quarter Private life and health insurance including dental and eye care (from the 3rd month; from day 1 for relocating candidates) Free access to the corporate gym Fixed working hours of your choice for mothers of children up to 2 years old Daily net Mastercard allowance: €3 per working day in the first 12 months (€6 after 12 months), for office and hybrid work Relocation support Flight ticket reimbursement (up to €300) and airport transfer (up to €50) 4 weeks of paid accommodation Help finding permanent accommodation Administrative support Location, hours & start Location: Athens, Greece — on-site for the first 5 months, then hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 from home) based on performance Working hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 Start: Regular start dates — apply now and we will match you to the next available group How to apply Apply with your CV through this listing.
