We are looking for a detailed-oriented, bilingual Back Office Customer Support Agent to join our dedicated team in Lisbon. You will handle case management and connected services, ensuring seamless solutions for our Dutch- and English-speaking customers. What You'll Do Master Case Management: Efficiently process, investigate, and resolve customer inquiries via ticket systems and email. Support Connected Services: Deliver precise technical and operational support for connected product platforms. Deliver Quality over Speed: Take ownership of complex cases to ensure high satisfaction and first-contact resolution. Maintain Accuracy: Keep client records and case logs updated with total clarity and compliance. Who You Are Bilingual Communicator: Fluent in both Dutch and English (written and spoken).
