Outbound Contact Center Representative – Energy Sector, On-site Covilhã

CloserHire is partnering with one of the leading international customer experience providers to recruit Contact Center Representatives for a project with a reference company in the energy sector. In this role, you will contact current and potential customers, presenting electricity and gas solutions and communicating their advantages. The position is on-site in Covilhã. Language required: Fluent European Portuguese Responsibilities: Contact current and potential customers through outbound calls Present electricity and gas solutions and services Clearly explain the advantages of the different packages available Identify each customer's needs and present the most suitable solutions Communicate offers clearly, professionally and persuasively Create a positive experience throughout every customer contact Correctly record and update customer information in internal systems Work towards individual and team targets Requirements: Fluent European Portuguese Excellent communication skills and ease on the phone Sales and results orientation Ability to identify sales opportunities Good argumentation, negotiation and persuasion skills Strong customer orientation Good computer skills and quick to learn new tools Available to work on-site in Covilhã, Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00 Benefits: Holiday and Christmas allowances Meal allowance via meal card 22 days of annual leave Private health and dental insurance after contract signature (subject to applicable requirements) Initial 12-month contract, extendable for another 12 months, with possibility of permanent contract after 2 years 5 working days of initial training + up to 5 working days of internship Full training on systems, products, services and customer contact management Learning and professional development opportunities International and multicultural work environment
