Customer Support & Sales Representative – Thai (Remote, Thailand / SEA)

An offshore forex/CFD broker is hiring a Thai-speaking Customer Support & Sales Representative to look after clients through their trading journey. You will support MT5 users, handle account questions and promote the company's services, contributing to client retention and conversions. What you will do Assist Thai-speaking clients with account questions, MT5 platform guidance and everyday support Promote the company's products and services and support conversions and retention Handle deposits, withdrawals and account-verification queries in coordination with internal teams Maintain clear records of client interactions Work independently and remotely with a high level of self-management What we are looking for Native or near-native Thai and English at C1 level Previous experience working for an FX/CFD broker (sales, customer support or both) is mandatory Some sales experience, even if only upsell or cross-sell Good customer-service and sales skills Ready for remote work and strong self-management; engagement is under a services (B2B) agreement What we offer Salary: USD 700–750 per month (services agreement); may increase after the probation period, depending on performance Sales commission based on KPIs reached (up to USD 550 per month) after the 6-month probation period Location, hours & start Location: Remote, Southeast Asia (ideally Thailand) Contract: Services agreement (B2B) Start: As soon as possible How to apply Apply with your CV through this listing.
