About the position
We're looking for a remote dispatcher with hands-on Trinium experience to support an online trucking operation focused on U.S. drayage. Responsibilities Dispatch drivers for container pickups, deliveries, and empty returns Track loads, appointments, container availability, and return deadlines Update dispatch records and shipment statuses in Trinium Communicate with drivers, customers, and terminals Resolve delays and scheduling changes promptly Requirements Experience dispatching drayage loads using Trinium Knowledge of U.S. port and container operations Strong English communication and organizational skills Availability to work U.S. Pacific Time hours Work setup: Remote
