Dutch Speaking Customer Advisor (only candidates who is in Athens)

Position: Customer Advisor Location: Athens, Greece Work model: Hybrid Employment type: Full-time 1,450 EUR per month (x14 salaries) +* Fixed working hours of their choice for mothers with children up to 2 years of age * Private life and health insurance from the 3rd month of employment * Private life and health insurance from day 1 for relocated candidates * Free access to the corporate gym * Performance bonus of up to 10% * Daily net cash bonus via Mastercard of €3 per working day during the first 12 months for office and hybrid employees * Daily net cash bonus via Mastercard of €6 per working day after 12 months for office and hybrid employees DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Handle customer enquiries through email ticketing, inbound and outbound calls, Live Chat and WhatsApp, according to operational schedules and assigned support channels Develop strong knowledge of the Zenchef and CoverManager platforms to provide accurate, timely and high-quality technical support Process a high volume of daily customer requests efficiently by identifying needs and providing prompt solutions Identify and escalate complex technical issues and billing-related requests when required Handle customer information responsibly and with appropriate sensitivity REQUIREMENTS: Native or fluent Dutch (C1+) with excellent written and spoken communication skills English B2 minimum Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or customer relations Strong customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills Excellent written communication for email support Strong active listening and problem-solving skills Good computer literacy Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Understanding of handling sensitive customer data High level of empathy, particularly in time-sensitive hospitality situations.
