About the position

Pay: to $36/hour Location: Tuscaloosa, Alabama The Opportunity If you've been looking for a caseload built entirely around early childhood — not a split assignment squeezed between school groups or medical settings — this direct-hire role puts you full-time in a play-based daycare and early learning environment, working exclusively with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. The position pays $36/hour and includes paid relocation, so if Tuscaloosa isn't currently home, that's already covered. If working with toddlers and preschoolers in a hands-on, play-based setting sounds like the kind of caseload you'd actually look forward to, let's talk. There's no pressure and no obligation — just a conversation about whether this fits what you're looking for next. Great Bay Staffing represents candidates with complete confidentiality. Your résumé will never be shared with a client without your knowledge and approval.
