Product & Order Guidance: Assist users with order updates, product recommendations, returns, and general pet care inquiries. Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve customer requests quickly to ensure maximum satisfaction. Record Keeping: Efficiently log interactions, updates, and account details in the CRM system. Team Collaboration: Work together with your team to enhance overall service speed and quality. What You Bring Languages: Native or C2-level Polish combined with professional fluency in English .
