A Polish-speaking Technical Support Advisor role with a leading international healthcare company, troubleshooting medical devices, supporting customers with product functionality and coordinating repair or replacement processes. Language required: Polish C2 + English C1 Highlights: Remote, EU citizenship required for relocation candidates €1,329/month gross 6-week paid training Requirements: Polish C2 and English C1 High school diploma Customer service and technical troubleshooting skills EU citizenship for relocation candidates Benefits: Performance bonus up to 10% of gross salary after 3 months Signing bonus: €2,000 in installments Meal allowance: €80–€100 depending on days worked Relocation: Available to EU citizens: accommodation allowance of €260/month for 3 months, plus flight/bus/train support for eligible relocators.
