What the job actually involves Day to day you will be listen and respond to customer queries via phone and email, provide accurate, valid, and complete information based on customer requests, identify and assess customer needs to ensure high levels of satisfaction, deliver professional customer support while maintaining excellent service quality, handle customer interactions in Slovenian and English, and work collaboratively with an international and supportive team. What you'll earn 1300€ Bulgaria applies a flat 10% income tax, and living costs in Sofia and Varna run well below Western European levels — the take-home goes considerably further than the headline number suggests.
