CloserHire is partnering with a fast-growing e-mobility startup to recruit a Team Lead – E-Bike Mechanics for their Düsseldorf Refurbishment Centre.In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of e-bike mechanics, ensuring the highest quality standards in e-bike refurbishment and repair. You’ll play a key part in ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently while promoting a positive team culture. Location: Düsseldorf, Germany Language: English Start date: ASAP Your Role Lead & Mentor: Provide hands-on guidance and training to a team of e-bike mechanics, ensuring their continuous development and high performance Technical Expertise: Act as the go-to expert for complex repairs and troubleshooting, setting the benchmark for technical excellence Workflow & Efficiency: Oversee day-to-day operations, optimizing processes to ensure efficiency, productivity, and adherence to timelines Quality Control: Ensure that all refurbished e-bikes meet rigorous quality standards before reaching customers Problem Solving & Innovation: Identify bottlenecks in operations and implement process improvements to enhance performance and customer satisfaction Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. Operations Customer Service) to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
