Turkish Customer Support Agent Job Description Our partner is an international business looking for a Turkish Customer Support Agent to join its team in Cyprus. In this role, you will assist customers in Turkish and English, resolve inquiries across different communication channels and ensure a positive customer experience. Location: Nicosia, Cyprus, On Site, Shift Based Responsibilities: As a Customer Support Agent , your responsibilities will include: Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email and phone. Assist with account issues, general questions and service requests. Investigate and resolve customer complaints efficiently. Provide consistent support across multiple brands. Maintain accurate customer interaction records. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues. Follow company procedures and service standards. Requirements: Fluent Turkish and good English. Previous customer support, sales or similar experience. Strong communication and problem solving skills. Willingness to work shifts, weekends and holidays. Willingness to relocate to Cyprus. iGaming experience is an advantage. Additional languages are a plus. What's in it for you?
