Join an international team and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will assist users with inquiries related to product features, troubleshooting, e-commerce, software, hardware, and connectivity. Location: Lisbon, Portugal Language: German Start date: 3/9 or 24/9 Your Role Provide customer support through phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging platforms Handle pre-sales inquiries, general questions, and technical support requests Maintain a consistent and professional tone across all communication channels Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when needed Collaborate with technical teams to ensure efficient resolution of support tickets Manage your individual ticket queue and adhere to service level expectations Contribute to content quality by reviewing help materials and suggesting improvements Your Profile Fluent German (C1) and good English (B2) Based in Lisbon or open to relocating Previous experience in customer service or a BPO setting is a plus Comfortable working with computers and common support platforms Quick problem-solver with a proactive and positive attitude Flexible availability, including weekends or shift rotations What Is Offered Attractive base salary and performance-based incentives Relocation support package to help you settle into life in Lisbon Private health insurance and other benefits Opportunity to work for a globally recognized brand and enhance your CV A vibrant and multicultural work environment Modern office in central Lisbon, easily accessible and well-equipped Relocation Accomodation for candidates outside of Portugal - Room in company apartment for 12 months for a fixed cost of 280EUR, deducted from salary.
