Project Manager (Data Center & Commercial) – Charlotte, NC Elite Executive Solutions is conducting a confidential search for an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial and mission-critical electrical construction projects throughout the Charlotte, NC market. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated construction professional who enjoys leading teams, managing client relationships, and delivering technically challenging projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Manage commercial and mission-critical electrical construction projects through all phases. Develop project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls. Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, procurement, and project documentation. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and owner communications. Monitor project financial performance and profitability. Collaborate closely with Superintendents and field leadership. Build strong relationships with clients, engineers, architects, and general contractors. Ensure projects are completed safely and successfully. Qualifications 5+ years of electrical construction project management experience. Commercial or data center construction experience preferred. Strong financial management and scheduling skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities.
