The job will involve the following responsibilities, amongst others: Lead the sourcing team and ensure set goals area achieved for the team Develop, plan and project manage programs to ensure customer commitments are met Ensure sourcing targets are achieved to meet internal requirements Manage purchasing and contract administration to meet sourcing requirements Evaluate supplier capabilities and identify appropriate items for purchase In order to ensure you are selected for consideration for this job opportunity, you must have the following: Hold a third level degree in a relevant area Have a minimum of five years experience within a Sourcing role previously An ability to manage multiple complex situations daily Adept negotiation skills Effective communication skills The organisation is established with a pleasant and collaborative work environment .
