French-Speaking Logistics & Delivery Advisor

CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit French-speaking Logistics & Delivery Advisors for an international logistics support project based in Bulgaria. In this role, you will help customers with package tracking, delivery inquiries, and logistics-related requests while working in a dynamic international environment. The position follows a hybrid working model, with one week per month in the office in Sofia and the remaining time working remotely. Language required: French Highlights: Relocation support included Hybrid position Private health insurance Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in French and English Assist customers with package tracking, delivery updates, and logistics-related inquiries Investigate and resolve delivery issues while coordinating with customers, vendors, and business partners Ensure every customer interaction is handled professionally, efficiently, and with a customer-first approach Stay up to date with products, services, and internal procedures Accurately document customer interactions and case resolutions Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution Maintain high service quality while meeting operational and performance targets Qualifications: Native-level fluency in French (C1/C2) Good command of English (B2 or above) Previous experience in customer support (experience in logistics or delivery support is an advantage) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Good computer skills, including MS Office and Google Workspace High school diploma or equivalent Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment Customer-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
