HR Generalist Manager

We're Hiring: Human Resources Manager! We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead human resources initiatives in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of HR practices, HR operations, employee relations, compensation & benefits strategies and HRIS system to foster a positive workplace culture and drive organizational success. Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Work Mode: Fully onsite {Work From Office} Role: Human Resources Manager, Generalist Industry: Direct Selling Remuneration: Up to RM13,000 What You'll Do: Manage daily human resources operations, acting as the primary contact for employees and managers Develop and implement HR policies and procedures Act as the first point of contact for employee questions, grievances, and conflict resolution. Manage performance appraisal systems to enhance workforce productivity Conduct employee surveys to assess workplace satisfaction Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations What We're Looking For: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in related fields Minimum 8 years of experience in HR Generalist , at least 3 years in managerial role Experience with C&B, HRIS systems Proficient in both English and Mandarin (written & spoken) Strong knowledge of employment legislation and best practices Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Consultant In-Charge Andrea Low | 018-2253693 | andrea.low@hunters-in.com
