Review and improve travel booking processes and communication. Develop travel scenarios and recommend suitable travel solutions. Apply effective sales and negotiation techniques. Collaborate with project teams and provide clear, accurate documentation. Required Skills Customer Service Travel Planning & Scheduling Reading Comprehension Sales & Negotiation Strong Written & Verbal Communication Attention to Detail Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Travel Agent or in a related travel consultancy role. Strong knowledge of travel booking processes, destinations, and industry trends. Excellent problem-solving and customer relationship management skills. Experience handling diverse customer requirements and resolving travel-related issues.
