About the position
Position: Well Intervention Engineer Contract Duration: Renewed annually Tentative Start Date: 1 Jan 2027 Requirements: Degree in Engineering or equivalent, with 5–10 years of relevant experience in well intervention / well services operations. Strong experience in coiled tubing, preferably with both onshore and offshore operations in Malaysia. Experience in slickline, e-line, pumping, wellhead and Christmas tree preparation. Offshore supervisory and engineering experience in managing well intervention activities, including simultaneous operations (SIMOPS). Experience in planning, job modelling, budgeting, and managing offshore well intervention operations. Experience working with both service companies and operators, either in field-based or desk-based engineering roles. Experience working under underbalanced reservoir conditions. Good understanding of offshore well intervention operations, safety requirements, and operational procedures.
